The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our client's major projects division on a 20m Viaduct Refurbishment project at the M40 in High Wycombe. This site-based role reports to a Commercial Manager and includes concrete repairs, painting, joint repairs, and complex temporary works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager in managing all contractual and commercial needs
  • Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract
  • Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth delivery

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience with NEC forms of contract
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor
  • RICS accredited qualification
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

Desirable:

  • Experience within Civil Engineering/Highways sectors
