The opportunity: An exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience Team. The Product & Partnership co-ordinator role for London will be responsible for the development and delivery of product, ensuring its alignment with CSSC Member's needs, market demands and company goals, to widen and improve the product portfolio within London. Â

The role will involve identifying and securing new partnership opportunities, in addition to maintaining positive relationships to ensure high levels of member and partner satisfaction.Â

What you will do:Â Â
Â
• Collaborate with the Partnerships manager, to identify and evaluate potential new partners in line with the Product Roadmap and recruitment opportunities to help drive member engagement. Â
Â
• Assist with management of current relationships, product development, internal and external queries and implementing the product strategy.Â
Â
• Conduct market research and analyse user feedback to identify new product opportunities and improvements.Â
Â
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product’s target audience, positioning, and competitive landscape.Â
Â
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that product milestones are met.Â
Â
• Review customer journeys with the assigned product portfolio to understand any pain points and suggest improvements.Â
Â
• Conduct regular analysis of user data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.Â
Â
• Act as the liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals.Â
Â
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and feedback.Â
Â
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches. Â
Â
• Monitor post-launch product performance and customer feedback, adjusting the product as necessary.Â
Â
• Deliver product updates to internal teams regarding new product launches and changes, as well as support with volunteer member benefit development. Â

• Proven track record in negotiating and managing partnerships.Â

• Proven track record of launching and managing successful products.Â

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Â

• Keen eye for detail and understanding of UX best practises.Â

• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing demands.Â

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Â

Key Skills & Experience:Â Â

• At least 1 years’ experience in a partnership management or relationship management role Â
