Are you passionate about education and looking to make a real difference in young people’s lives? A secondary school in Wycombe is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

You will work as part of a supportive and experienced staff team, providing vital assistance in the classroom and supporting the learning and wellbeing of students, including those with special educational needs (SEND). You will report directly to the school’s SENDCo and Senior Leadership Team.

Key Details:

  • Full-time, term-time only role
  • Hours: 8:20am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Competitive daily rate: £85–£100

Ideal Experience (not essential):

  • Previous experience in a secondary school setting
  • Supporting pupils with SEND
  • Working with young people in educational, pastoral or community roles
  • Background in Security, Police, Social Care, or Medical professions

Essential:

  • A genuine passion for education
  • A strong desire to support and empower secondary school students
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
