- The role involves processing sales orders, managing returns, providing administrative support, and handling invoicing and delivery data.
- The position requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft packages, with a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per year.
- Applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and may need to travel internationally for exhibitions.
Prior experience of exporting administration and processing orders is required.
Excellent customer service skills
Processing and managing sales orders and any returns
Administrative support
Import and Export experience
Invoicing
Recording delivery data for KPI's
Supporting the team in responding to delivery enquiries from the sales support team
Other identified administrative support.
Providing shipping costings at short notice
Well organised administrator
Ability to work well under pressure
Must have excellent communication skills
Multitasking ability
Experience using Microsoft packages
Works well as part of a team
Self-motivated
Focused, organised and methodical approach to tasks
This role may also involving ad hoc international travel as well assisting with exhibitions.
This is a full time office based role
