Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Leading the SEN provision across the school and managing the SEND register.

Coordinating EHCP processes, Annual Reviews, and referrals.

Providing support and training to staff on inclusive teaching strategies.

Working closely with SLT, external agencies, and families.

Monitoring and evaluating the impact of interventions and support.
Candidate Requirements:

National SENCO Award (or willingness to complete it) and QTS.

Proven experience supporting students with a range of needs.

Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication with pupils, parents, staff, and outside professionals.
