A highly respected and progressive secondary school in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced and committed SENCO to lead its inclusive education strategy. This leadership role is ideal for a qualified SENCO or experienced SEN practitioner who is ready to take the next step in a school that places inclusion, pastoral care, and academic success at the centre of its mission.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading the SEN provision across the school and managing the SEND register.

• Coordinating EHCP processes, Annual Reviews, and referrals.

• Providing support and training to staff on inclusive teaching strategies.

• Working closely with SLT, external agencies, and families.

• Monitoring and evaluating the impact of interventions and support.

Candidate Requirements:

• National SENCO Award (or willingness to complete it) and QTS.

• Proven experience supporting students with a range of needs.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication with pupils, parents, staff, and outside professionals.
