As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will help us maintain and enhance the quality of our housing stock—ensuring safe, energy-efficient, and well-maintained homes for our residents.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct detailed surveys of domestic properties and communal areas using digital tools.
  • Assess housing conditions using the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
  • Identify and escalate repair needs and safety concerns.
  • Work independently across a diverse property portfolio, including void inspections.
  • Engage with residents and internal teams to ensure smooth access and clear communication.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Building Surveying OR equivalent experience in property surveying.
  • Strong understanding of asset management and housing legislation.
  • Excellent communication, time management and IT skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to quality.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a business-insured vehicle.
