- Oversee financial reporting and forecasting activities to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, maintain, and refine financial models.
- Proactively identify and report on financial trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
- Provide leadership to finance team members, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Support the development of company-wide financial strategy and KPIs.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
