We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join a growing and dynamic sales and marketing team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of outbound lead generation and play a key role in driving business growth for a supportive, ambitious company.

You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with decision makers, and helping the business achieve its sales targets. It's a role that blends communication, strategy, and persistence, where your efforts will have a direct and visible impact on the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, persuading them to engage with the company's services.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, referrals, and databases.

Build relationships with business owners and key decision makers to drive appointments and sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives consistently.

Consultatively sell solutions and make tailored recommendations to potential clients.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Monitor progress against targets and report on outcomes to the wider team.

Support marketing initiatives and assist with implementing company campaigns.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients.

Contribute to process improvements and share insights on successful sales approaches.

About You

Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.

Confident communicator with strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Target-driven and results-oriented with excellent organisational skills.

Able to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups efficiently.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
