The Opportunity
This organisation is a private sector organisation based in Hillsborough. This organisation is looking to recruit a part-time administrator to assist with their office administration duties. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, managing customer records, and preparing sales reports.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain and update sales documentation and databases.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Answer and manage the office telephone


What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
