Tender Planner

Location: Hillsborough, Northern Ireland

Hybrid Working - 3 days in head office per week

A reputable and growing civil engineering company is seeking a Tender Planner to join their head office team in Hillsborough. With a strong portfolio of infrastructure and heavy civils projects across Northern Ireland and the UK, the company is looking for a candidate who brings both site-based experience and planning expertise to support pre-construction and tendering activity.

As a Tender Planner, you'll play a key role in the pre-construction and bidding process, producing detailed tender programmes that accurately reflect the methodology and sequencing of works. You'll work closely with estimators, project managers, and design teams to ensure realistic and competitive project plans are submitted. You will also contribute to risk analysis, tender presentations, and strategic planning inputs.

• 5+ years of site management experience in civil engineering projects

• 2+ years of experience working in a planning or tender planning role

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and civils workflows

• Proficient in Asta Powerproject or similar planning software

• A degree or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
