Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Hillsborough to recruit a new full time and permanent Service Administrator

The Service Administrator will deal mainly with remote engineers, planning their work - the parts team facilitate this through managing stock, ordering and allocating the correct parts for each remote engineer to complete repairs

Responsibilities

  • Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or in person
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and service history.
  • Processing service orders, updating inventory, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the service team, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Criteria:

  • Candidates must have strong Administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Competent using Microsoft Excel - this is 100% required
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be able to work independently, with the ability to make decisions

Working on a Monday to Friday shift - Salary for this role will depend on background and experience £28-32k
Experience from a parts - automotive background is preferred
