Gi Pro is proud to be working in partnership with a leading engineering company based in Hinckley. Our client provides innovative solutions to industries such as Construction, Formula 1, Aerospace, Energy (Onshore & Offshore), and Automotive.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking business, supporting key operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration.

The Role - Administrator

As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting business operations, working closely with key departments to ensure efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing enquiries and orders.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for the installation team, both in the UK and overseas.
  • Supporting ISO 9001 internal and external audits.
  • Collaborating with the Office Manager, Head of Sales, and Finance Director.
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Using Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.

The Ideal Candidate - Administrator

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in administration.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • A passion for engineering and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with purchase order/sales order processing and arranging UK transport and/or import/export logistics.
  • Experience using Sage 1000 (desirable).
