THE COMPANY:

Red Rock have partnered with a rapidly growing, independently owned used car supermarket, who are seeking a Sales Controller to join their busy Hinckley showroom.

Known for a large stock of fully inspected vehicles and strong customer footfall, this business provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales leader to thrive.

WORKING HOURS:

  • 42.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

DUTIES:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed targets
  • Support team members through deals, value-added products, and closing techniques
  • Step in for site management when required
  • Maintain compliance with financial documentation and FCA regulations
  • Monitor deal performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue
  • Create and maintain a positive, high-performance sales culture

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Proven experience in used car sales, ideally within a high-volume or supermarket environment
  • Experience managing or leading a sales team
  • Hands-on leadership style with ability to lead by example
  • Organised, motivated, and results-focused
  • Professional, approachable, and confident with customers
  • FCA accredited or willing to undertake training
  • Full UK driving licence required
