TRANSPORT SALES COORDINATOR 

Monday - Friday: 8.00AM - 17:00PM

Salary: £34,000 INCREASING TO £38,000 AFTER PROBATION

Day to Day Duties:

  • Build relationships with current clients to ensure a proactive working relationship
  • Gain new clients 
  • Negotiate rates
  • Liaise with hauliers and coordinate deliveries and collections 
  • Lead generation
  • Achieve and excel KPI's set 
  • Attend customer meetings to gain a better understanding of requirements and build relationships 

Essential Skills:

  •  Strong problem solving & fault-finding skills.
  •  Ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers.
  •  Confidence in working alone as well as part of team.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • We are looking for a candidate with a real "can do" attitude and someone who is really keen to ge stuck in to a great role and fantastic company

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential as full training is given

  • Training is provided and ongoing support throughout
