Paralegal (Part-Time, 32 Hours per Week) : Hinckley : £37,000 actual salary (£43,500 FTE)

The Paralegal role:

  • As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day legal operations, and working on export/import compliance and international trade matters.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), suppplier/customer contracts, terms and conditions, and internal policy documents.
  • Assiting with contract lifecycle management including execution, renewal tracking, and document storage.
  • Conduct legal research and provide summaries on commercial, regulatory, or operational legal issues.
  • Provide administrative and legal support related to export controls, customs documentation and import/export regulations.
  • Maintaining legal files, and ensuring compliance with internal protocols.

Your background as a Paralegal:  

  • Proven experience as a Paralegal with demonstrated experience in commercial and contractual law.
  • Working knowledge of NDAs, commercial contracts, and business operations.
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with regulations such as UK Export Control is beneficial but not essential.
  • A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information

This Paralegal role is commutable from Nuneaton, Hinckley, Atherstone, Tamworth, Twycross, Lutterworth, Coventry, Leicester, Leicestershire, Warwickshire.
