THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator working for a friendly business based in Hinckley.This is a permanent full time position which is fully office based.THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering the phones Processing customer orders Communicate with the warehouse to ensure orders are dispatched in full where possible To communicate with customers regarding orders and queries on orders To communicate with the salesforce regarding orders and queries To build relationships with customers through pro-active communication Providing accurate delivery dates to customers/patients on products that are out of stock, after checking with the production department. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing a solution and resolve with the customer. Ensure returns are dealt with in a timely manner Make follow up calls to existing customers once the orders are dispatched.EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: In order to be considered you must have strong customer service and administration skills. It would be desirable that you have order processing experience but this is not essential.
