Tree Root Protection Manager (Arboriculture / Construction)£Negotiable + 10% Annual Bonus + Flexible Hours + Excellent Work/Life Balance + BUPA Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday + Monday - Friday HinckleyDo you have a background in arboriculture and construction, looking for a progressive role with a rapidly growing company, which will provide you with comprehensive training on their range of specialist products and services, and the ability to progress long-term, whilst forming an integral part of a vibrant and dynamic team?On offer is a role to develop a range of Tree Root Protection by calling on and building strong relationships with all specifiers to generate specifications with the support of our engineering team, provide seminars, and offer solutions to customer design requests and project management of new and existing projects.Your key influencers will be consultant engineers, civil engineering contractors, councils, and agencies, to name a few. The company is a well-established market leader with a great reputation and company culture. They are committed to investing in their employees, and this is a key role in the business, servicing their clients.You will be an integral part of future company growth, responsible for taking incoming enquiries and creating quotations, as well as proactively following up to convert to order. You will be working predominantly with Builders Merchants and Contractors, looking to build and maintain relationships.The role:

  • Discover and establish new specifications and identify potential projects
  • Achieve personal and department targets
  • Development of our Tree Root Protection Systems by discovering and establishing new specifications and identifying potential projects
  • Pre and post-site advice, visits, and assistance
  • Present CPD-style seminars

The person:

  • Arboriculture background/experience
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Experience in gaining and defending specifications
