As a Warranty Telesales Advisor, you will:
路 Outbound calling to offer extended vehicle warranties.
路 Sell policies on either a monthly or yearly subscriptions.
路 Promote a comprehensive warranty that covers parts, labour, VAT, and mechanical/electrical failures.
路 Provide flexible solutions, allowing customers to use local approved repairers.
路 Drive sales targets and build on customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
路 Experience in telesales or outbound call environments
路 Strong background of the motor industry and vehicle warranty sales
路 Motivated, organised, and able to work independently from home
路 Target-driven
