Our client, a leading provider of Domiciliary Care is looking to appoint their next superstar as a HR and Recruitment Manager, to be based in their branch in Hinckley.

You will lead and manage the HR and recruitment functions across all local branches, ensuring the delivery of a responsive, legally compliant, and people-focused service. This role supports strategic goals by attracting, developing, and retaining a high-quality workforce, while embedding a culture of respect, compassion, and dignity in line with the organisation's values. Additionally, the HR and Recruitment Manager will be responsible for policy development, employee relations, compliance, and strategic workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Adept at handling various aspects of human resources including recruitment, training, and compliance

  • Flexibility to work hours necessary to meet service needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-38,000.00 per year
