Are you a qualified lawyer (SRA, SQE or CILEX) looking for something different from traditional legal practice?

This is a unique opportunity to pivot your career into a dynamic Employment Law Advisor role with a fast-growing HR consultancy in Hinckley. You don’t need prior employment law experience, just your legal qualification and the desire to learn.

Why this role?You’ll receive full training in all aspects of employment law and HR policy through a structured 8-week onboarding programme. From there, you’ll join a team of experienced professionals advising businesses on a range of HR, employee relations, and health & safety matters.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing legally sound, best-practice advice to clients across various industries
  • Managing client cases from start to resolution
  • Drafting HR documents and maintaining accurate case records
  • Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Staying up to date with changes in employment legislation
