Supply Chain Planner
Location: Hinckley
Salary: Up to £40,000
SF Recruitment are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to join a growing business. This is a brand new role reporting to the Procurement Manager. You will take ownership of the ERP system and play a key role in streamlining site operations across order entry, production planning, and logistics. It is essential you have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills along with strong knowledge of ERP systems. Suitable candidates will be motivated and a self starter. This is a hands-on, fast paced role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise and maintain the ERP system to support efficient business processes.
- Key user for the ERP system resolving queries and ensuring smooth functionality.
- Provide planning and logistics support
- Extract and analyse operational data to support informed decision-making.
- Process orders
- Liaise with suppliers
Key Skills & Experience:
Solid understanding of ERP systems (experience with Sage X3 a strong advantage).
Experience in order entry, production planning, and process improvement.
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of leading by example.
