We're looking for a passionate and driven Deputy Manager to join our brand-new Emotional Wellbeing Assessment Home - a place of healing, growth and support for young people aged 8-18. �??

�? About the Home

This warm and welcoming service will offer short-term placements for up to 3 young people at a time. The aim? To understand their unique needs, provide a safe space, and help them build confidence, friendships and key life skills. While this will be your base, you’ll need to be flexible to work across our nearby homes in Hinckley, Coalville, and Syston when needed.

?? Key Responsibilities

?? Build strong, nurturing relationships that empower young people?? Work closely with families, carers & professionals?? Lead shifts & supervise staff?? Get hands-on with day-to-day tasks like cooking & cleaning?? Keep accurate, up-to-date records?? Ensure safeguarding is always the top priority�? Maintain a warm, safe and supportive home environment

�? What We’re Looking For

? Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare�? Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to complete)????? At least 1 year in a senior or shift leader role in a residential care setting?? Strong knowledge of OFSTED standards?? Experience with safeguarding and documentation
