We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee engineering and fabrication projects end-to-end, with a focus on quality, timelines, and collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical precision with structured project delivery - turning complex designs into practical, on-time outcomes.
You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with engineers, fabricators, and clients to ensure each stage - from concept and design through to manufacture and delivery - runs smoothly. The position suits someone who's comfortable being both hands-on and strategic: reviewing CAD drawings one moment, then leading project reviews and coordinating suppliers the next.
A background in mechanical or process engineering, manufacturing, or a similar technical environment will help, but specific heat exchanger experience isn't essential. What matters most is a solid grasp of engineering principles, an eye for technical detail, and the ability to drive tasks to completion.
It's a great fit for someone who values teamwork, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in an environment where every project is slightly different.

- Plan, coordinate, and deliver engineering/fabrication projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure technical and commercial requirements are met.
- Review and prepare CAD drawings and associated documentation.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical input and support design teams in resolving issues.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven project management experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confident managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
