Role: Receptionist
Location: DS Smith, Dodwells Rd, Hinckley LE10 3BX
Rate: £12.85ph
Contract length: 3 weeks
Shift Patterns: 27th May-30th May 08:00-12:30
2nd, 4th and 5th Jun 08:00-12:30
3rd Jun 13:00-16:30
9th-12th Jun 08:30-16:30
13th Jun 08:30-16:00
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and instructing all visitors to site
- Managing room bookings
- Recording data onto spreadsheets
- Filing hard copy and digital information
- Carrying out any other general administrative duties relevant to the position
Essential requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT literacy skills especially with MS Office including Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload
- Previous experience within an administrative environment
