You'll be the first point of contact for clients looking to renegotiate or cancel their agreements - your mission is to turn that around by offering fast, effective, and solutions-focused service.

Day to Day
- Acting as the first point of contact for service queries and retention conversations
- Handling challenging client calls with professionalism and care
- Investigating issues and working closely with internal teams to resolve them
- Always keeping client satisfaction and retention at the heart of everything you do

- Confident communicator with strong phone-based customer service experience
- Skilled in managing difficult conversations and turning them into solutions
