- Day to day processing and reconciling of client and office accounts
- Thirty to forty straight forward bank reconciliations a day (if you like reconciliations, this role is definitely for you!)
- Managing client bank accounts and processing payments on their behalf
- Purchase ledger dealing with 30 to 40 invoices a week
- Preparing and submitting VAT Returns
- Liaising with clients and fee earners
- Strong experience of Xero
- Experience of LEAP would be a plus but the business will train you in this
- 25 days' annual leave
