About the Role:
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary therapy and recreational team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services from referral to discharge. Provide clinical governance, oversee caseloads, chair team meetings, and support service improvement through audit, research, and outcome evaluation.
About You:

BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (HCPC registered)

Proven leadership experience in health/social care

Strong background in neurorehabilitation and multidisciplinary working

Skilled in evidence-based practice, audit, and outcome measures

Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills
