You'll be working with seasonal British produce, creating quality dishes, and handling a good volume of covers with a tight-knit team. Honestly, it's a cracking pub – if you're all about fresh flavours and love cooking, then this is an excellent role for a chef in North Hertfordshire.
What they Offer:
- Up to £32,000
- Tronc on-top (Up to £400 per month)
- 40 to 48 Hour Work Week

What We are Looking For:
- Proven track record as a Chef De Partie within a fresh-food, Gastro Pub or restaurant environment.
- Good longevity and commitment within previous roles.
- Organised in the kitchen with insight into administration.
