- Assistant General Manager
- £38-40k starting salary
- £7-10k in tips per year (paid monthly
- 10% of salary in bonus potential
- New openings and progression to General Manager
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager for this high volume, premium brasserie style restaurant with separate wine/cocktail bar. The site can regularly take over £100k per week in peak season so experience managing high volume operations is essential.
Ideally you will come from an independent background to match the companys culture however, some premium branded experience is also beneficial.
This is a stepping stone role into General Manager. As such we are looking for an Assistant General Manager at the top of their game or a General Manager who is looking to take a small step to advance their career further.
