We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join a well-established neurological rehabilitation team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with complex neurological conditions.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team, helping individuals maximise independence and function through tailored rehabilitation plans and equipment provision.
Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist:-
Deliver comprehensive assessments and personalised therapy programmes.

Lead and support a small team of therapy assistants and activity coordinators.

Provide specialist advice on equipment provision, seating, and environmental adaptation.

Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, and nursing staff.

Promote patient-centred care and contribute to service development.

Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Evidence of continued professional development.

Ability to work autonomously and set priorities for yourself and others.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Desirable: Previous experience in a neurorehabilitation setting (including placements).
