Occupational Therapist - Neurological Rehabilitation | Up to £41,000 DOE

Location: SuffolkFull Time | Permanent

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join a well-established neurological rehabilitation team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with complex neurological conditions.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team, helping individuals maximise independence and function through tailored rehabilitation plans and equipment provision.

Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist:
  • Deliver comprehensive assessments and personalised therapy programmes.

  • Lead and support a small team of therapy assistants and activity coordinators.

  • Provide specialist advice on equipment provision, seating, and environmental adaptation.

  • Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, and nursing staff.

  • Promote patient-centred care and contribute to service development.

About You:
  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.

  • Current registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).

  • Evidence of continued professional development.

  • Ability to work autonomously and set priorities for yourself and others.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Desirable: Previous experience in a neurorehabilitation setting (including placements).
