You'll be based at our client's garden centre in Hertfordshire, working closely with experienced directors who want to hear your ideas. Autonomy is there if you want it-you'll have the freedom to make an impact while keeping the centre's high standards intact.
One minute, you're coaching your team and planning for peak trading. The next, you're on the shop floor, making sure customers have an unforgettable experience. No two days are the same, and that's just how you like it.
