Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 3:00pm
Pay Rate: 12.85 per hour (PAYE)
About the Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Grounds Maintenance Workers. This is a fantastic opportunity for those holding a valid manual driving licence and looking for a stable, full-time, permanent position. You'll be working in pairs, maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard in the EN11 area.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general grounds maintenance tasks (e.g., mowing, trimming, litter collection).
Drive company vehicles to and from various work sites (manual licence required).
Work effectively as part of a two-person team.
Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship.
Requirements
Valid manual driving licence (essential).
Team player with good communication skills.
Previous experience in grounds maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
