We’re working with a leading manufacturing company that produces high-quality, technical products used by contractors servicing commercial clients. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations based on customer requirements, including interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Close sales and support the wider team in achieving monthly targets
  • Log and manage all quotations using the CRM system
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Deliver world-class service through prompt, professional responses to all queries and quote requests
  • Follow up on all quotes and opportunities to maximise conversion and build rapport
  • Proactively contact existing, lapsed, and new customers via phone and online meetings to grow their spend
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, aiming for a minimum 20% growth in your sales area
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a Sales Account Manager or similar role
  • Experience with technical or electrical products is ideal, but not essential
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to quickly learn and understand technical product offerings
  • Confident in preparing quotes and interpreting customer specifications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • CRM experience preferred
