Job Title: Finishing Manager
Location: Hoddesdon
Salary: 240 - 270 per day
gap construction are proud to be representing a well-respected regional housing developer in their search for a Finishing Foreman to oversee the finishing stages of a 60-unit traditional build residential site in Hoddesdon. The project will run till approximately June with the possibility of more work in the future.
Performance Objectives:
Oversee the finishing stages of a 60-unit traditional build housing project.
Manage multiple plots concurrently, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors and site personnel.
Ensure all finishing works meet required standards, including decorating, flooring, carpentry, and snagging.
Maintain and enforce site health and safety procedures.
Report on progress, issues, and milestones to senior management.
Keep all relevant site documentation accurate and up to date.
Person Specification:
Experience managing the finishing phases of residential developments.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent eye for detail and high standards of finish.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications.
