Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: EN11 8RQ
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm (40 hours per week)
Pay: 12.85 per hour (PAYE)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in the EN11 area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is looking for a long-term role with potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• General grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and litter picking

• Use of hand tools and basic machinery

• Ensuring public and private spaces are kept clean and presentable

• Working as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or similar outdoor work preferred

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• A valid driving licence is an advantage but not essential
