Position: Community / District NurseLocation: HertfordshirePay Rates: £18 - £20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and community settings as a Community / District Nurse.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care as a Community / District Nurse.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans as a Community / District Nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
- Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
- Experience in community nursing or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively as a Community / District Nurse.
