Position: Community / District NurseLocation: HertfordshirePay Rates: £18 - £20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and community settings as a Community / District Nurse.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care as a Community / District Nurse.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans as a Community / District Nurse.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
  • Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
  • Experience in community nursing or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively as a Community / District Nurse.
