Job Title: Cover Supervisor (Supply)

Salary: £90 - £120 per day (Depending on experience)

A welcoming secondary school in Holbeach is seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor (CS) to join their team on a supply basis. This is the perfect opportunity for graduates considering a future in education or looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before teacher training.
Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher across various subjects.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task.
- Provide support to students with their learning and answer general questions.
- Report back on student progress and any issues to teaching staff.
- Uphold school policies and promote a positive learning environment.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Graduate preferred – ideal for individuals considering a teaching career.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom and maintain student engagement.
- Reliable, flexible, and confident working in a school environment.
- Previous school or youth work experience is desirable but not essential.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
