Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Monday - Friday | 42,000 + Package | Holborn, Central London | Static Role | Commercial environments.
Due to increased site demand, we are actively recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance duties to electrical and HVAC systems within the landlord areas of a large, corporate, commercial environment based in Holborn, London.
Package Summary:
- Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Salary: 46,000
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm.
- Package: 30days paid annual leave, company pension, uniform, phone etc.
- Paid overtime available.

Requirements:
- Must be a fully qualified Electrician, to one of the following standards or equivalent; NVQ Level 3, C&G 2330 Level 3, C&G 2360 Part 2 etc.
- Up to date electrical regulations - 18th edition.
- Must have experience working within commercial maintenance / commercial property services.
- Must have a decent understanding of HVAC and general commercial plant equipment.
