Location: Holmfirth

Pay: 25k - 26k p/a (Negotiable depending on experience)

Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (37.5 Hours per Week)

Are you an experienced administrator with a customer-focused mindset, strong data processing skills and a high attention to detail?

Stafflex are currently working closely with a long-established business in the Holmfirth area to recruit an administrator to join their friendly office team. From their Holmfirth base, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in processes followed, and contribute to a high functioning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing daily orders and invoices.
  • Producing sales reports and updating pricing.
  • Responding to customer email enquiries.
  • Liaising with field-based team members.
  • General office administration and ad-hoc tasks.

Key Qualifications and Experience Needed:

  • Previous and consistent experience in administration or sales administration roles.
  • Good understanding of following processes.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proactive and positive approach to work.
  • Self-motivated and holding the ability to work as part of a small close-knit team.
