Bennett and Game has the pleasure of working with a reputable client based close to Huddersfield, who are now seeking a Senior Architect to join their multi-disciplinary construction consultancy to work on high-rise residential and new build developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect to join a growing, forward-thinking team of Architects, Technologists and Technicians at a variety of levels from university graduates to experienced & fully trained professionals. The team is located at their contemporary Head Office in Huddersfield and provides hybrid working options. You will get the opportunity to work as part of the design team on multiple projects at once, ranging in size and scope from intricate high-rise tower block recladding schemes to expansive new build Residential estates.

Senior Architect Job Overview
- Working across RIBA stages 2-6 on both refurbishment Residential and new build schemes
- Using Revit for concept design to construction issue information
- Meet with clients to discuss drawings
- Lead a small design / technical team
- Attending site and speaking to contractors
- Production of planning, building control and construction issue drawings
Senior Architect Job Requirements
- Proficient in either Revit or AutoCAD
- ARB registered or RIBA Chartered Architect
- Proven experience in the High-rise Residential or Housing Sector
- Experience with Design and Build contracts
- Strong knowledge of Building and Planning Regulations
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Live within a commutable distance of Huddersfield
- Full UK driving license
