Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager, with a background delivering projects within the Residential and Commercial sectors?
Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an historic and industry leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, who are currently on the look out for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, delivering residential and commercial projects upto 5m in value across Yorkshire. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing works taking place on site, ensuring projects are being delivered to budget, deadlines and upholding quality standards.

What are we looking for?
- Prior, proven experience delivering projects as an Assistant Site Manager within the Residential orCommercial new build sectors.
- Ideally, NVQ Level6 in Construction Management
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication,leadership and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workto ensure the smooth success of the projects you work on, upholding quality and intergity, whilst working to budget and deadlines.
- Oversee all Health & Safety on site, ensuring compliance in line with specifications and company policies.
- Identify issues proactively, maintain confidentiality, and represent the businesses best interests.
- Conduct tool box talks with the Site Managerand manage trades & sub-contractors.
- Work with the commercial team, to maintain clarity of project changes and feedback.
