Our One to One SEND Assistants come from a variety of backgrounds, including teaching; support; education based courses; and from other industries. This is because TA's can have a range of personalities and strengths that can be very useful in this area. In this role you will work both with classes and individuals, supporting teaching in secondary classrooms. Helping to aid student understanding, you will be a valuable link between the teacher and students that may be struggling, making a real difference in the school experience of everyone involved. Further to all this, you get to choose where and when you accept assignments.
