Now, I'm on the lookout for an energetic and experiencedFOH Supervisorto join the leadership team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across every shift.
The Role:
Youll be a key player in the day-to-day running of the venuesupporting the AGM, leading shifts, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring service is slick, smooth, and full of character. Youll help maintain the upbeat, welcoming atmosphere that the establishment is known for, while keeping standards high and customers happy.
Youll Bring:
Previous FOH supervisory or assistant management experience in a high-volume venue
A genuine love for hospitality and customer service
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
A cool head under pressure and a can-do attitude
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
