Landscape Designer/Manager

Location: North Norfolk
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
Salary: 35,000 - 42,000 + Company Vehicle

  • Maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process
  • Upholding high standards of Health & Safety on-site
  • Supporting and mentoring team members to encourage skill development
  • Ensuring every project delivers quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in landscaping and garden design
  • Strong knowledge of hard and soft landscaping practices
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to draw or use CAD software to produce garden designs
  • Confident communicating with clients, teams, and suppliers
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic admin
  • Full UK driving licence
