Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 plus bonus
My client is looking for an experienced technicianor manager of a workshop to join their team in the Holt area.
Role Purpose:
- Manage service admin, job cards, invoicing, and warranty claims
- Oversee technician scheduling, performance, and training
- Maintain KPIs and departmental profitability
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely updates
- Prepare job quotes and upsell services where applicable
- Management or supervisory experience (service industry preferred)
- Knowledge of machinery (agricultural, construction, or horticultural)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure with a customer-focused approach
