Senior Press Brake Operator

Location: Alton, Hampshire

Hours: 05:45am - 14:15pm Monday - Friday (No weekends)

Salary: £30k - £32k+ (Depending on Experience)

The main purpose of this role is to produce accurate and high-quality parts by bending them according to production design and specifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Bending parts using standard punches/dies on Press Brakes under the direction of the Production Supervisor.
• Setting up the Press Brakes according to provided drawings.
• Using measuring instruments like verniers and callipers to ensure accurate results and making necessary adjustments.
• Cleaning and maintaining Press Brakes after use.
• Reading and interpreting drawings and instructions.
• Operating forklift trucks and overhead cranes.
• Maintaining good housekeeping within the immediate working area.
