Site AdministratorBased in Holyhead - fully on-site roleFull Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 4:00pm (potentially some flex on hours)Temp role for 2 months | potential to be extended beyond thisPay rate up to £14.00 per hour depending on experienceSearch Consultancy are currently working a reputable nationwide Construction business to recruit a Site Administrator for one of their sites in Holyhead, Wales.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Administration support to the construction site on a full-time temporary basis, initially for 2 months with potential for extensionDuties involved in this role will include:* Dealing with visitors & staff coming onto the site, as well as incoming calls to the site office* Maintenance of the site office documentation & filing - both electronic & paper* Carrying out site inductions for new starters & sub-contractors* Ensuring adequate office supplies & PPE are maintained and ordered when required* Management of the site meeting rooms, scheduling meetings & appointments - arranging refreshments & documents for meetings when needed* Management of site worker compliance checks* Providing ad hoc administration support as requiredIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Precious experience of working in an Administration role - this experience is ESSENTIAL and candidates with previous Construction Site Administration experience would be at an advantage* Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage & prioritise a busy workload effectively* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal * Solid IT Skills including the use of Word, Excel & Outlook, as well as the ability to pick up new systems quicklyIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
