A long-established Construction Consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their successful Project Management team located in West of London.
The Project Manager will be joining a multi-award-winning Consultancy, founded over 50+ years ago, who have a strong reputation for delivering high-end Projects across the Commercial, Residential, Educational and many more sectors with Contract values ranging from 400k-8m. The Project Manager will be expected to oversee a variety of projects located along the M4 which includes areas such as Maidenhead, Reading and Bristol.
The Company:
A Project Manager will be entering a multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy who have 3+ offices across the UK and are widely associated for providing highly professional expertise in all departments whilst delivering high-quality Projects.
Project Manager Role:
The Project Manager will be required to oversee the delivery of projects such as CAT A/B Fit Outs and Refurbishments of existing Buildings, with the projects being located mainly in Bristol and surrounding areas. The Project Manager will ideally have a technical background allowing them to support their team whilst overseeing Projects from Inception-Completion stage.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the project management team in planning and executing projects.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Assisting in maintaining project budgets and schedules.
- Preparing progress reports and conducting site meetings.
- Identifying and mitigating any project risks.
The Project Manager Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Project Management (or similar field)
- Ability to commute 2 days a week to sites.
- Experience in CAT A/B fit outs.
- Confident with refurbishment projects.
- Property or construction experience would be preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for professional development.
