Customer Service Advisor

Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our established client in Motherwell on a permanent basis.

Schedule: 5 days per week

Salary: OTE of up to 40,000 per annum

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Contacting warm leads for sales opportunities
• Drive customer satisfaction to ensure customers' calls and queries are managed effectively and efficiently
• Assist our customers on choosing a range of products and services
• Take ownership of admin tasks whilst making recommendations for service improvements

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:

• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels.
• Experience in a customer service and sales environment
• The ability to engage well with customers
• Collaborative and works well as part of a great team
• Experience with Microsoft packages
