HRGO are recruiting a part-time Administrator for our client in the Holywell area. You will be responsible for all adminstrative tasks, as well as some PA duties. This is a great role offering fantastic variety, on a temporary ongoing contract.
Hours: 22 hours, 9am-5pm either Mon-Weds or Tues-Thurs
Location: Holywell
Pay: £12.21 - £13 per hour DOE
Responsbilities
- Provide administrative support to several departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring efficient retrieval of information.
- Handle incoming communications (phone calls, emails, etc.) and respond or redirect as necessary.
- Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, including venue bookings, catering, and materials preparation.
- Support the team with daily office tasks, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a previous admin position is essential
- Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential
