HRGO are recruiting a part-time Administrator for our client in the Holywell area. You will be responsible for all adminstrative tasks, as well as some PA duties. This is a great role offering fantastic variety, on a temporary ongoing contract.

Hours: 22 hours, 9am-5pm either Mon-Weds or Tues-Thurs

Location: Holywell

Pay: £12.21 - £13 per hour DOE

Responsbilities

  • Provide administrative support to several departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring efficient retrieval of information.
  • Handle incoming communications (phone calls, emails, etc.) and respond or redirect as necessary.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, including venue bookings, catering, and materials preparation.
  • Support the team with daily office tasks, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in a previous admin position is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential
